三通道环锭细纱机牵伸区新结构探索

摘要:为了解决三通道环锭细纱机牵伸区只有后区能独立设定、导致细纱中占比较少纤维束对应的牵伸倍数过大的问题,提升细纱机纺纱质量和纺纱效果,分析了目前牵伸结构存在的主要问题,详细介绍一种双区牵伸均可独立设置的新牵伸结构及应用注意事项。指出:新牵伸结构参照原三通道后罗拉的型式,将中罗拉也改造成三通道,保证后区为自由牵伸,前区为上、下胶圈式牵伸;新牵伸结构为耦合细纱的智能纺牵伸结构提出新思路,能解决三通道环锭细纱机因后区牵伸倍数独立设定导致的、细纱中占比较少纤维束对应的后区牵伸倍数过大以及前区共用胶圈引起的细纱品质下降等问题;其传动伺服电机应在车头、车尾合理设置,所用上、下销和胶圈牵伸器材需重新考虑,使用抽气式集聚纺技术和T形对称单槽或者三槽式负压工艺片实现纤维集聚。

Exploration of the New Structure of Drafting Zone of the Three-channel Ring Spinning Frame

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the draft multiple is too large for the smaller number fiber bundles in the yarn result from that only the back zone of the draft zone of three-channel ring spinning frame can be set independently,and improve spinning quality and effect of spinning frame,the chief problems existing in current draft structure are analyzed,and a new draft structure with independently settable double-zone draft and the matters needing attention in application are introduced.It is pointed out that the new draft structure is referred to the form of the original three-channel back roller,and the middle roller is also transformed into three-channel to ensure that the back zone is free draft and the front zone is upper and lower apron draft.A new idea is proposed for the intelligent spinning draft structure of coupled spinning from the new draft structure,which can solve the problems that the draft multiple is too large for the smaller number fiber bundles in the yarn result from that only the back zone of the draft zone of three-channel ring spinning frame can be set independently,and spinning quality decline caused by the common apron in the front zone.The driving servo motor should be set up reasonably in the front and rear of the vehicle,and the drafting accessories of upper and lower pins and apron should be reconsidered.The fiber compacting should be realized by using the pumping compact spinning technology and T-shaped symmetrical single or three-groove negative pressure process sheet.
